Crude Coconut Oil Price in Brazil (CIF) - 2022
The average crude coconut oil import price stood at $3,602 per ton in 2022, which is down by -4.1% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price continues to indicate a pronounced descent. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014 when the average import price increased by 111%. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $6,391 per ton. From 2015 to 2022, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.
Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was the Philippines ($3,635 per ton), while the price for India ($3,362 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
