The average export price for non-citrus fruits not elsewhere classified stood at $758 per ton in 2022, surging by 22% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 an increase of 54% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum at $1,107 per ton in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Saudi Arabia ($3,000 per ton), while the average price for exports to Democratic Republic of the Congo ($175 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Uganda (+98.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average import price for non-citrus fruits not elsewhere classified stood at $885 per ton in 2022, reducing by -38.6% against the previous year.
