In November 2023, the average import price for propylene, other olefin polymers; propylene copolymers in primary formses amounted to $1,728 per ton, almost unchanged from the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in January 2023 an increase of 9.9% m-o-m. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $1,955 per ton. From February 2023 to November 2023, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Italy ($3,645 per ton), while the price for Spain ($1,276 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From December 2022 to November 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Italy (+3.5%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.
