Brazil represented the largest exporter of plywood in MERCOSUR, with the volume of exports amounting to X cubic meters, which was near X% of total exports in 2023. It was distantly followed by Chile (X cubic meters) and Uruguay (X cubic meters), together creating a X% share of total exports. Ecuador (X cubic meters) held a little share of total exports.
Brazil was also the fastest-growing in terms of the plywood exports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2023. At the same time, Chile (X%), Ecuador (X%) and Uruguay (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Imports by Country
In 2023, Peru (X cubic meters) was the major importer of plywood, generating X% of total imports. Chile (X cubic meters) held the second position in the ranking, followed by Colombia (X cubic meters), Argentina (X cubic meters) and Uruguay (X cubic meters). All these countries together took near X% share of total imports. The following importers - Guyana (X cubic meters) and Paraguay (X cubic meters) - each reached a X% share of total imports.
From 2012 to 2023, average annual rates of growth with regard to plywood imports into Peru stood at X%. At the same time, Guyana (X%), Paraguay (X%) and Uruguay (X%) displayed positive paces of growth.
