The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. The level of export peaked in 2023 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.
Exports by Country
The Netherlands represented the largest exporter of sweet potatoes in Europe, with the volume of exports amounting to X tons, which was near X% of total exports in 2023. Spain (X tons) ranks second in terms of the total exports with a X% share, followed by Portugal (X%) and Belgium (X%). The following exporters - France (X tons), Poland (X tons) and Germany (X tons) - each recorded a X% share of total exports.
From 2012 to 2023, average annual rates of growth with regard to sweet potato exports from the Netherlands stood at X%.
